In practice
A real example of what trade show representation delivers.
EV Charging Summit and Expo, Las Vegas
I represented 3 UK companies at this event on a flat-fee basis. That covered everything: flights, accommodation, event attendance, all meals and local travel. No hidden costs.
Across the show floor, I worked through target lists, ran introductions, attended sessions, and sat down with key contacts. I also arranged and hosted a sponsored networking event to drive further engagement beyond the exhibition hall.
Each company received daily updates and a full pipeline handover within a week.

What you get when the show closes
You will know exactly what the show returned
Most show debriefs are a stack of scanned badges and a vague feeling that it went alright. Ours is not.
Every booth worked, every person met and every promise made gets logged on the floor as it happens, using Beagle, the exhibition app we built for exactly this job. When the hall closes you get a written debrief with the hot leads ranked, the follow-ups assigned with owners and dates, a contact file ready for your CRM, and the honest numbers on what the show cost against the pipeline it created.
The sample below is modelled on the EV Charging Summit and Expo in Las Vegas, a 300-exhibitor floor across three days. Companies, contacts and values are anonymised.
- Logged live on the floor, not written up from memory a week later
- Every lead handed over with contact, context and next step
- Cost in, weighted pipeline out, so you can decide the season on numbers

What happened
Three days across the Westgate expo hall, 41 of the 300 booths worked properly rather than skimmed. Bidirectional charging has clearly moved off the workshop track and onto the buying agenda, and reliability is now the thing operators lead with. Hardware is not the bottleneck any more. Install capacity and post-install support are.
That plays directly to your strength. Three separate fleet and forecourt buyers asked, unprompted, how anyone builds an installer network that holds quality at volume. Two DC hardware vendors are shopping for a US delivery partner. The federal funding conversation stayed noisy and slow, so the money that is actually moving is private fleet capital, not grants. Park the utility programme leads until Q4.

Redstone Logistics Group
BOOTH 1412Dana Whitfield, VP Fleet Operations
Depot charging across 9 sites, Texas and Arizona. Capital already approved, decision by end Q3. Burned once by an installer who could not scale. Wants uptime SLA and the network model, not a hardware pitch.
Cascade Grid Partners
BOOTH 0934Marcus Reyes, Director of Infrastructure
Forecourt rollout across four states. Subcontractor quality is inconsistent and they know it. Asked directly how a 100,000 install network was built and governed. Proposal due within the fortnight.
Northline Motor Group
BOOTH 1207Elena Fischer, Head of Partnerships
Dealer group going EV-first in 2027. Wants a driver-first home charging bundle for customers with real choice of charger, not a forced single unit. Asked for the deck and a joint pilot.
