My story
I founded ChargedEV and grew it from a startup to one of the UK's largest domestic EV charger installation businesses. We built partnerships with major OEMs, lease companies, and energy suppliers. We managed nationwide installer networks. And we learned, often painfully, what it takes to deliver at scale in this industry.
After a successful exit to a PLC group, I could have stepped back. Instead, I chose to take everything I learned and help others succeed. Because the EV transition is too important to slow down, and too many companies are making the same avoidable mistakes.
Today, I work with CPOs, installers, OEMs, lease companies, and fleet operators across the UK and internationally. I provide hands-on strategic and operational support, whether that's a short diagnostic or a longer embedded engagement.
